This is in two parts.
Part one is a half-a-day workshop
that introduces the basic principles
of Mediation and Visualisation.
Included will be preliminary work
with the five senses. This workshop
is necessary before proceeding to
part two.

Part two allows you to discover your
own particular meditation style. It
will include:

to Kinesiology - PART 1
Kinesiology helps restore the
physical, chemical and mental
balance of the body.
On this course you will learn "muscle
testing" as well as various simple and
gentle healing methods that included a
number of Chinese meridian techniques.
These can be used to help both family
members and friends.

Optimum
Health Balance - Self Help
Developed and based on Kinesiology,
Optimum Health Balance is a very
simple and powerful healing
technique.
You will learn a number of Universal
Energy healing techniques that can
work alongside any healing methods
that you may already practice such
as: Bach Flowers, Crystals etc.
You will be able to restore the optimum
health to friends and family as well as
yourself.
Kinesiology experience is necessary
